When you use Tee Imprints’ services, you agree to comply with this Intellectual Property Policy (“Policy”) and all applicable laws. If you do not agree with this Policy, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.

About Copyright & Intellectual Property

Copyright protects creators of original works from unauthorized use, including reproduction, distribution, public display, and derivative works. Intellectual property rights also include trademarks, patents, and rights of publicity such as names, images, and likenesses.

Tee Imprints allows customers to upload artwork, logos, and design files for the purpose of printing custom apparel. Customers are fully responsible for ensuring that any content they submit does not infringe on the rights of others.

By submitting artwork or files to Tee Imprints, you confirm that:

You own the rights to the submitted content or have obtained all necessary licenses and permissions.
Your content does not infringe on any third-party copyrights, trademarks, rights of publicity, or other intellectual property rights.
You accept sole responsibility for all materials you provide.
You grant Tee Imprints permission to print, process, and handle the submitted materials solely for fulfilling your order.

If content is found to violate intellectual property laws — or if a complaint is filed — Tee Imprints reserves the right to refuse production, cancel the order, or remove any infringing materials.

Reporting Infringement (DMCA Takedown Notice)

Tee Imprints complies with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe your copyrighted work has been used without authorization, you may submit a DMCA Takedown Notice to:

Please consider whether the use may fall under fair use before submitting a claim. Submitting a false or bad-faith DMCA notice may result in legal and financial liability.

Your DMCA Notice must include:

Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
A link or clear description of the allegedly infringing content.
Your name, address, and email address.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
A statement that you have not authorized the use of the material.
Your physical or electronic signature.

Once a valid notice is received, Tee Imprints will review and respond within 10 business days. We may remove the content, pause the order, or decline production.

Submitting a Counter-Notice

If you receive a takedown notification and believe it was submitted in error — or that you have the legal right to use the material — you may file a Counter-Notice.

Submit your Counter-Notice to: orders@teeimprints.com

Your Counter-Notice must include:

Identification of the material that was removed and its previous location.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the removal was due to mistake or misidentification.
Your name, address, and email address.
A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of your local Federal District Court and agreeing to accept service of process from the original complainant.
Evidence supporting your right to use the material.
Your physical or electronic signature.

If the Counter-Notice is valid, Tee Imprints will forward it to the original complainant. If they do not file a court action within 14 days, the content may be restored.

Additional Terms

Rights of Publicity: Customers may not upload or request printing of any person’s name, image, or likeness without their express permission.

Good-Faith Use: Users must act responsibly and respect intellectual property laws when submitting artwork.

Refusal of Service: Tee Imprints may refuse any order containing infringing or unauthorized materials.

Policy Updates: Tee Imprints may update this Policy at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.

Severability: If any provision of this Policy is found invalid, the remaining sections will continue in effect.

Entire Agreement: This Policy, together with our Terms of Service, forms the full agreement regarding intellectual property matters.
