These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Tee Imprints, a DBA of Army Transfers, LLC. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

Tee Imprints provides custom apparel printing services. All products are made to order, and all sales are final except as stated in our Refund / Reprint Policy.

2. Ordering & Payment

  • Orders must be paid in full before production begins unless otherwise arranged.
  • Prices may change without notice.
  • Quotes are valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise.

3. Customer Responsibilities

  • All submitted artwork and order details must be accurate.
  • You must review and approve mockups when provided.
  • You must own or have permission to use submitted artwork.

4. Artwork Requirements

Artwork must meet our Print-Ready File Guide standards. We are not responsible for issues caused by low-resolution or improperly formatted artwork.

5. Mockup Approval

Approval is final. We print exactly what is shown in the approved mockup. Errors in approved mockups are the customer's responsibility.

6. Production & Turnaround Times

Turnaround times begin after payment and artwork approval. We strive to meet deadlines but cannot guarantee completion dates.

7. Shipping & Pick-Up

  • Shipping is handled by third-party carriers.
  • We are not responsible for delays, loss, or theft once shipped.
  • Local pick-up is available during posted hours.

8. Refunds, Reprints & Returns

All sales are final. Reprints may be offered only when the issue is due to our error. See our Refund / Reprint Policy.

9. Color Disclaimer

Colors may vary between screens, print methods, and garment types. Exact matches are not guaranteed.

10. Garment Disclaimer

We are not responsible for blank garment manufacturer variations or defects.

11. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

12. Prohibited Use

You may not upload illegal, infringing, or harmful content. We may refuse service at our discretion.

13. Privacy

Your use of our services is governed by our Privacy Policy.

14. Policy Updates

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any updates.
