Shipping & Turnaround Policy

1. Turnaround Time

Turnaround time refers to production time, not shipping time. Production begins only after payment is received, artwork is finalized, and mockups (if applicable) are approved.

  • DTF Printing: 2–5 business days
  • DTG Printing: 2–5 business days
  • Embroidery: 5–10 business days
  • HTV: 2–4 business days
  • Bulk orders: timelines vary

2. Rush Orders

Rush orders may be accepted on a case-by-case basis and may require additional fees. Rush approval depends on workload, order size, and blank availability.

3. Shipping Times

Shipping times are separate from production times and are determined by the carrier. Once a package leaves our facility, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier.

4. Shipping Damage, Loss, or Theft

Customers must file claims directly with the carrier for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. We can assist with documentation but cannot guarantee replacements or refunds.

5. Local Pick-Up

Local pick-up is available Monday–Saturday, 10 AM–6 PM (PST). Orders must be picked up within 30 days or may be discarded or donated.

6. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering correct shipping information. Re-shipment fees apply if packages are returned due to incorrect addresses.

7. Split Shipments

Large or multi-item orders may ship in separate packages with separate tracking numbers.

8. International Shipping

International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees. Delivery times may vary significantly.

9. Holidays & High-Volume Periods

Production and shipping may take longer during holidays, sales, or supply shortages.
