Refund / Reprint Policy

At Tee Imprints, every order is custom-made. Because each item is produced specifically for you, all sales are final. However, if there is an issue with your order, we will review it and determine whether a reprint or correction is appropriate.
1. All Sales Are Final
We cannot accept returns or provide refunds due to:
- Wrong size, color, or style ordered by the customer
- Change of mind
- Customer-provided artwork errors
- Spelling or design mistakes in customer-submitted files
- Incorrect quantities submitted by the customer
- Minor variations in color, placement, or garment shade
2. What Qualifies for a Reprint
We will reprint items at no cost if:
- The wrong design or garment style was delivered
- The print contains major defects or severe misprints
- The item arrived damaged
- The placement is off by more than 1 inch
- Incorrect quantities were delivered due to our mistake
Photo proof is required for all claims.
3. What Does Not Qualify
- Low-resolution or poor-quality artwork submitted by the customer
- Color differences due to screen display variations
- Minor print or placement variations under 1 inch
- Errors present in customer-approved mockups
- Damage from washing or improper care
- Fading due to incorrect washing methods
- Prints created from screenshots or low-quality images
4. Mockup Approval Policy
When mockups are provided, approval is final. We print exactly what was approved. Any errors in the approved mockup are the customer’s responsibility.
5. Shipping Issues
Once an order leaves our facility, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier. Delays, loss, or theft must be handled through the carrier. We will assist with claims when possible.
6. Sizing & Garment Variation
Garment brands may vary slightly in color, fit, or fabric texture. These differences are normal and do not qualify for refunds or reprints.
7. Washing & Care
Customers must follow proper care instructions: wash inside-out, cold water, tumble dry low, and avoid ironing directly on prints. Damage from improper care is not eligible for replacement.
8. How to Request a Reprint
Email orders@teeimprints.com with:
- Name and order number
- Photos showing the issue
- Description of the problem
- Quantity affected
Claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
9. Production Errors
If the issue is our fault, we will reprint or replace affected items. Refunds are issued only at our discretion.
10. Policy Updates
Tee Imprints may update this policy at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
