1. What Is a Mockup or Proof?
A mockup is a digital preview of how your design will appear on a garment. It may show artwork placement, approximate sizing, garment color, and print location. Mockups are visual guides and may not represent exact colors or garment appearance.
2. Approval Is Final
Once a mockup is approved, approval is final and binding. We print exactly what is shown. Errors present in approved mockups are the customer's responsibility and do not qualify for free reprints.

- Incorrect artwork
- Incorrect placement or sizing
- Missing elements
- Wrong colors
3. Responsibility for Reviewing the Mockup
The customer must review all details, including spelling, colors, artwork, garment style, and placement. Zooming in is recommended before approval.
4. When a Mockup Is Required
- When the customer requests it
- When artwork is edited by our team
- When placement needs clarification
- When printing multiple locations or special placements
5. Production Begins Only After Approval
Production begins after mockup approval and full payment. Delayed approval will delay turnaround times.
6. Color Disclaimer
Colors may differ between screens and printed garments due to fabric absorption, printing method, and dye batches. Exact color matching is not guaranteed unless PMS matching was arranged in writing.
7. Sizing Disclaimer
Mockup print sizes are approximate. Actual results may vary slightly due to garment dimensions and production variables. Placement variations within 1 inch are industry standard.
8. Changes After Approval
Changes requested after approval may incur additional costs and production delays. Items already printed before the change request must be paid for.
9. If You Do Not Approve the Mockup
If a mockup is not approved, production cannot begin. Turnaround time does not start until approval is received.
10. Errors Made by Tee Imprints
If the final product does not match the approved mockup (major defect, wrong design, incorrect placement by more than 1 inch), we will reprint the affected items at no cost. Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery.
